What’s payment term ?
Our payment term is : 30% deposit , 70% balance against the copy of B/L .
Do you accept L/C ?
Yes, we accept L/C at sight .
Do you accept 100% T/T without deposit ?
No, we don’t do 100% T/T with new customers .
What’s your quotation term ?
Our prices are based FOB XIAMEN .
Can we pay RMB ?
Yes, we also accept RMB payment .
Do you have any quality control of your raw material ?
Yes, we have IQC to check the quality of all of our incoming raw materials .
How many QC staffs do you have in your factory ?
We have about 40 QC staffs who guaranteed the quality of incoming raw materials and outcoming finished products .
Are there any training courses for your QC staffs ?
Yes, every month we have training courses for our QC staffs ,and also invite third party like SGS ,Intertek to arrange a course in our company.
If I face any quality issue , how can make a complain ?

How do you guarantee the quality of your products ?
After several years development ,we have developed a very strong quality control system in our daily production .
What’s your delivery date for baby playpen ?
The delivery date of playpen is 55 days after received your deposit .
What’s your delivery date for high chair ?
The delivery date of playpen is 45 days after received your deposit .
What’s your delivery date for baby potty ?
The delivery date of playpen is 30 days after received your deposit .
What’s your on time delivery rate ?
We have 3 factory facility with more than 1000 workers which guaranteed us a huge production capacity . So most of our orders are delivered on time .
Can we cancel the order if we don’t want it ?
We don’t accept any cancelation after 7 days of your order confirmation .
When do you start preparation of mass production ?
Only after received your deposit , then we will start preparation of mass production .
When should I provide the instruction manual and carton box design for mass production ?
After you confirmed the order, you need to send us these files within 14 days, otherwise the delivery date will delayed .
Can we send inspectors to your workshop when producing our orders ?
Yes, you can
What’s main product category ?
Right now ,we have Playpen Series , High Chair series and Plastic item Series . Last year , playpen series has big share about 50% of our business volume .
